Trade turnover between Russia and China increased to 114.54 billion dollars in  the first half of the 2023
Trade turnover between Russia and China in the first half of 2023 increased by 40.6 percent and amounted up to $114.547 billion, according to data released today by the Customs of China General Administration.

China imported goods worth $52.284 billion to Russia in six months, an increase of 78.1 percent compared to the same period in 2022. Deliveries from Russia to China increased by 19.4 percent, amounting to $62.263 billion.

Separately, in June, the trade turnover between the two countries amounted to $20.831 billion, Russia imported goods worth $11.280 billion to China, and China imported goods to Russia worth $9.551 billion. At the end of 2022, trade between the two countries increased by 29.3 percent and reached a record $190.271 billion.

At the talks between Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping in Beijing on February 4, 2022, the President of China outlined a new goal for trade between the two countries - $ 250 billion a year.
